    1. Hall Canteen issue is undergoing final settlement. There is a financial aspect to the issue which has been brought to the notice of HMC which has appointed one professor to help in resolving the matter. Last week i had a talk with him.

    well… I am determined to see this matter resolved anyways…

    1. Three tables are going to be readied within three days.
    2. one LAN port to be fixed in the library for the guys who want to study there with their Laptops.
    3. one Volleyball court between D-block and H-Block(right side).
    4. Renovation of D-Block toilets & bathrooms(top priority).
    5. Trimming of trees and clearing the area behind mess from all shrubs/weeds and all.
    6. Revoking the permanent nature of the post of Gardener.
    7. Curtains to be put in mess and common room windows.
    8. Hangers to be fixed in each door of the bathrooms and toilets.
    9. Tube lights(04) to be fixed for the new cycle-stand.
    10. Constitution for the Hall Council to be discussed in the GBM and finalized and implemented ASAP.
